when did they plan on opening the splash pad?? I live right across the street & it hasnt been on since it was installed?? What is up with that?

It is turned on when kids are using it by pressing a button on the ground. Saves water / electricity this way. If nobody is using it, it is automatically turned off.

My only suggestion about that would be to call the people who are in charge and ask them why it is never operational
