You can always call. The staff there are very helpful eagerly equipped to give you a wonderful tour!
There was a tour guide available when we went there on May 25th, but not sure how often they are there to give guided tours. You may want to give them a quick call. Good luck!
Yes. My wife is visually impaired and the staff was excellent in explaining and pointing things out that she otherwise would have missed.
