No because noone wants to work there. And I'm sure they need at least 50 customer service reps to answer as much as I'm sure that phone rings. And who's gonna pay those workers??? Not all the unemployed I know that lol

I have clients filling out Approved representative forms so that their case workers can assist with case or phone interviews for redeterms if needed. We are getting some medical cards sent with the case managers name on them, not client? Resolve?
