Every time I call no one picks up this is crazy there are people who need help n answers

It's like they make an effort to not answer the phone

When I call I can hear them pick up the line and drop it back down again. They haven’t answered for months. Used to be able to get a response.

There are a limited number of people in the call center. They have to call a very large number of people (2 counties) every day for scheduled phone interviews.
