If you can't keep up with back childsupport payments, how can you keep up with the late fees, and interest charges, plu penalties. The child in question is in his 30's?

Talk to the free legal clinic first. Get their advice. Otherwise, you need to file a Motion to Modify. Explain your financial situation. The forms are downloadable on CCAP's website. After you fill out the forums, you'll have to make 5 copies, then file the motion on the 1st floor, Clerk of Court office, pay any filing fees, then go to room 707 to get a hearing date (get it on the commissioner's calendar). You'll have to get the other party served, as well, so they're aware of the hearing. Good luck.
