When you file your Motion for Modification of Support, specify clearly what you believe his income to be, including sources. Pro-tip: go to the Clerk of Courts and purchase three Subpoenas. Prepare them as subpoenas for documents; ask each source to detail payments/wages paid to the NCP (Nom-Custodial Parent) for the preceding 12 Months. have the Sheriff serve them on the sources of the income in question. If you are indigent, go to the Chief Judge’s Office, and request a fee waiver for service. You will need to advance witness fees or document fees for each of these payers, however....if you can figure out how to follow my directions, you’ll be very happy with the results!
File a motion to request an increase. Paperwork is avail online wicourts.gov or u can go in person to rm#101 at courthouse
You will need to have him served, and take some steps into doing so. It could be all morning process to get a court date but wont be set till about 3 months from now. Also if you arent on any state help you will have to pay to file the papers i believe.
