Call OAH. They've provided us with end of life care for 3 of our babies now. They are reapectful, thoughtful, and caring. Also they are fair in their charges.
You should call them and they will be VERY HELPFUL with all your pet's needs....

I have the ashes of all my babies. And I found out that each and every crematorium charges different costs. There is one in West Chicago that is a total fraud. I just wish I could tell you their name. I had one of my parrots pass. Took it to VCA , they charged me for "handling", then added the crematorium charges. They called me back in a couple days, said to come pick up the ashes. I went, and the container was the size of a coffee can. There was more than twice the ashes than even my largest dog had. I just had to open the can, and I swear to this day that the ashes were and are kitty litter. But, there was nothing more I could do. I was still grieving. I had Buster for over 20 years, and still get choked up when I think about what they really did with the remains of my buddy.
