Traders village would be ideal for children to play after the party but not having an actual party there. But of course it depends on what kind of party you have planned.

Yes, you still gotta pay for parking $4 Bring own party supplies. Unless you can make arrangements with the office and I'm not sure how that works. They have an amusement park. You can pay $12-$15 for an all day pass for all the rides and whatnot.
