Are you allowed to pass out flyers for your business?

I never see anybody down it

Walk around handing out the flyers and before you leave stand in a entrance and hand them all out.

They would be for tax preparing and filing. My wife does it, we wouldnt have a booth though

As far as I know, you need to pay for a stand or a spot. You can only offer things to sell there. Food or drinks are not allowed to be sold by others (there are some exceptions) if you sell products there I'm pretty sure you may hand out flyers.

Do it on low or just ask them if it's ok or do u have to pay or something like that.
