Yes, it is open. Guess it's like anywhere else, masks required but not everyone wears them. Practice social distancing, when possible, bring hand sanitizer, wear ur mask ,and say a prayer.
Don't know how long its been open but people wear masks it's just like when you go to the store no where is safe
