How much are the lot rent? Do you allow doublewide and do you have space. What does rent include. Is there parking

12/23/2021 update: garbage is now $40 a month so lot rent total is $559 a month . Lot rent just went up to $515 I live in the park we don't have any double wides but I do think they have space for a couple, lot rent includes water sewer which will fluctuate depending on how much you use it and garbage which is $17.50 a month. There is plenty of parking, hope I was able to help

Do you have any 2 bedroom rentals? Cost?

Good morning. Lot rent is $455.00 plus a $455.00 lot deposit and a $25.00 application fee per adult. I am in the office from 9:00 am and to 5:00 pm. Marta
