Yes...as long as it is a service animal. Otherwise, no.

Seeing more and more small varieties. Take care to ask though, they sell food, plus, there are kids and families and seniors.

I have seen many people with dogs not wearing service animal vests over the years, but I'm not sure what the official policy is on this question. I really think they just don't care as long as you know without a doubt that your dog can & will mind you & behave better than your average 6 year old human.
