Does anyone know where I can have my dogs spayed and neutered for free, if I live in the Mesquite area? The only “free” services I’ve seen are in Fort Worth, or only for residents in the City of Dallas. My male dog is in heat, and in a lot of pain.

Kaufman county Animal Awareness, call to see which one, most of the time,it's free. Sometimes 20$ spay,Nuter shots.
