Why is there not a manager on site for the early morning shift? Losing money because new staff haven't been trained to deal with customer issues and insufficient number of staff to deal with a rush.

the night shift is awful. We used to frequent this location but the service has gotten so bad we will not return.

Seems when there is an issue there is never a manager around. We were there last Saturday late afternoon and had horrible service. Didn't get half our food and then was given our check that wasn't ours. Two of us and we got someone's check that was a table of 4. Our two teens sat at a different table so they had to do separate checks which is fine but then took forever for cashier to total us out. Finally had to do it separate to finally get out of there. Ridiculous at the training.

The first manager shows up at 7am but is usually hides in the office. This is a corporate owned location so they staff themselves very thin based on what the computer says...
