There are 25 reserved parking spaces on the 1st level of the parking garage. The entry is at the back of the building. When you enter and go up the ramp, turn to the left and there you will see Salons of Dallas reserved signs.
I had the same issue before as well, I ended up parking on the street left side of the building and very back of the building as well.
