We ordered catfish paid for it and got none. What is with that. Good thing we checked before we left. That's bad. I love captain d's but I don't know now.

Human error is always a possibility. I've never had an order mixed up and the fryers are always hot. Have them show you the plates in case they forget to add an item you ordered. They're usually pretty quick.

I am glad you checked your order. I am sure it was just an oversight. Humans do make mistakes and Captain Ds always strives for good service. I have had good service at that store.
