does this place consider fade, cutting with scissors off the top, and doing edge up part of the same hair cut ? I’ve seen other places that charge seperate for each. How much is a hair cut here ?

They do everything for your hair for $15, literally everything. Fade, trim, taper, edge up etc.

What Mash said. Kid cuts under 10yo are only $10. They are pretty good.
