Why is that you can call Walmart in Cleveland, TX and NO ONE except in pharmacy will answer the phone. Not one area. I've been calling for two days. Nothing.

I've never had that severe of a problem with someone answering. Stores do get busy from time to time. One rule of business is to help the person that is there, in front of you.

It's hard to get through to them especially this time of year. You may want to try calling earlier in the morning. Did you ask the pharmacy to transfer your call? Try calling the tire center and ask them to transfer your call. Good luck
