If you do not receive your ticket email first ensure that you purchased your tickets directly from the cowtowncoliseum.com website. We cannot help if you purchased from a 3rd party website. Check your spam email and make sure that you type your email in correctly. If all else fails call the box office during normal business hours Thursdays 11am to 5pm, Fri-Sat 11am - 9pm. Finally, just come to the rodeo the night of the performance and go to the will call window and give us your information. We can easily print out the tickets your purchased from our website.
I don't have an exact answer other than maybe they will be at will call? You could try and call the box office when they open. It also depends where you got your tickets through. We won ours and though I communicated with them by email, they were at will call to pick up on the day we selected. We went Friday and had a GREAT time! Hope you do too!
