Not until noon but the law did change September 1 it should be at ten from every Sunday after that.

No you can't drink in Beaumont till 4 on a Sunday and then you got to make sure it's in a paper cut don't show your bottle of beer can and you got to keep the kids locked in the room and you got to pray for your sins before you go to bed at night
You can get anything at the convenience store. Wine beer exc. No liquor store though
I'm not sure about Walmart selling Alcohol on Sunday. It maybe like a lot of stores here, after 12 noon, you can purchase Beer here, but not wine etc..
