There's 2 ways to do that 1 is to go to their online page search for card n follow the instructions or if you cant then the 2nd option is to go to the store whenever you have time or chance once in the store its always someone approaching to the ppl asking em if they want to apply for a sams card but if nobody does then you can ask a cashier or the first employee you see
