is there any accountability at your stores,,very un-satisfied with the way complaints are handled,,,most PROFESSIONAL BUSINESSES would love customer feed-back,,,the in store Manager at the TEXAS_CITY _LOWES (Stephenie is the worst)

I haven't entertain that type of behavior at this store from any of the employees. I m sorry your feelings were entertained..however..u called out this issue ..and ..hopefully marketing will adhere.

Yeah very rude

I've actually had great luck at the Texas City Lowes. And I've dealt with Stephanie before on a return issue and she made sure i was taken care of promptly and to my satisfaction.
