Perhaps if people offered to help? Im disabeled but I would have offered my assistance if I was able. I hv 4 girls that really need to run and play.

No it's not.

I do not think it is open. KEEL did a story on 4/16 indicating it is still in clean-up mode. The folks that responded "Yes", did you actually go to the dog park? I know my Golden Retriever is ready for it to be open!
