Do you ever answer your phones? Ive tried calling 3 different departments and each just rang and rang. We're 30 minutes away and didn't want to drive if you didn't have what we needed.

Or maybe....... they could just answer the phone. I've had the same problem. Why have phones if they don't plan on answering them??

That happens cuz they r so busy. Just keep calling or check on their website.

Try online to see if items are available or if you have to order.

Look what you want up on line. You can see inventory, and where in store it is located. It will also tell you which other stores have in stock if closest store doesn't. Try different search engines for number, Chesterfield store used to be listed wrong on some search engines.
