No dress code but I would not recommend wearing thong sandals I have had to take a friend home to change shoes.

Well, as you say they are events. But, I do Uber, Lyft, and frequent the bar myself, unless it is an event night I would dress like you are going out to a regular bar. Country music until 12am then dance music and a cover after that. Saturdays last call is 1:45am closed at 400am {late night bar}. At 2am they will find everyone with drinks and take the drinks. Every other night it is 145 Bay closes at 2am. If your looking for more of a bar for underwear check or The Bunk House on 7th Ave not far from Charlie's.
No dress code, sometimes they do underwear night for discounted drinks, but you check your clothes in the club, don't show up in your underwear lol.
