They will once they finish their construction they're adding a separate liquor store but their warehouse sells only beer and wine
Not the one in Arlington. You can call the one near Oh-20 in Ft. Worth to ask. They have an alcohol part of the building that is separate from the rest of the store.
The attached (hard) liquor store has opened. Hours are different and it's closed Sundays. Web site does not yet reflect the addition.
Arlington does still liquor. There is a total wine and more store in the highlands and several others.
I have never really looked for it. I am a wine drinker.

They do not sell it at Costco. In Texas the liquor store has to be a separate building.
