We go almost once a month and yes sometimes employee are hard to find, but they are helpful once found. We arrived a few weekends ago about 10 minutes before closing (which being in retail i hate but...). 2 employee's helped find some things and once in line yo check out at 6:30, the cashier was in great spirits and was very engaging. Like i said working in retail last minute customer st closing can be drainibg but he didn't seem any bit bothered by it.
Most of the time..but hard to find when you're walking in store..they are usually all up front. They are very professional at the cash registers.

Yeah. I've seen them helping load things into customers' cars. The pharmacy people can be a bit cold but I think that's because the job is stressful. They still are very helpful though.
