Flying into Phoenix-Mesa and having to travel from there to Sky Harbor for our rental car. Taking shuttle to Sky Harbor. How long of a wait is it usually for luggage? Trying to figure out time for shuttle pick up after arriving at Phoenix-Mesa.

Depends on the crew working. Sometimes they are fast, sometimes really slow. If you have 2 people or more in your party, Yellow Cab is actually cheaper than the shuttle. Yellow has a $55 flat rate. (The shuttle for 2 people is $56 for 3 people is $63 for 4 people is $70 etc....and the Cab is still just the 55.)

Phoenix-Mesa Gateway has rental company's there. Alamo, Enterprise, ect. Maybe pick up a car there, instead of traveling to Sky Harbor
