It's a mix of both. I see people dressed very casually and others dressed formally. Either is acceptable!

Jeans with a new clean collared polo shirt is casual but respectable church wear. For shoes, clean athletic shoes are fine. In the summer shorts and nice sandals with clean polo shirt is ok due to Arizona heat unless joining a ministry and serving the community. Nice jeans and polo shirt with clean shoes is a respectable casual dress while serving.
