Can you tell why I waited 1hour and after speaking to 2 mangers telling me the would get some to our table to take our orders, no one showed up? I would like to explain to my 8 year old granddaughter they spoiled her birthday.

Don't know maybe you should ask management. And before writing a nasty review see if they can give you an explanation and maybe hook you up with a good deal

That sucks. I would be super pissed. Sorry you went through that. But that should probably be a question for the store and I would also leave a nasty comment in reviews. This is the area for customers to ask questions to other customers.

ouch, that sounds like a tough night. I don't work there so all I can say is that a birthday can be a birthday week and that I hope your granddaughter gets another chance this week to have a great birthday. Good luck to you. D&B can usually be a great place for kids and adults but bad service can ruin even the best of places every now and then.
