You would need to schedule an appointment, and your budgie being scared is sokething that is going to happen unless your budgie is familiar with the staff. In my experience here, they do great. Something to note is that, when they handle your budgie, it may look rough but it's the best way to prevent your bird from hurting itself. Trusting the staff is important, I'm sure your budgie will be okay. I hope she's doing alright :)
The doctors and technicians are very nice and helpful. I dont have birds but they take very good care of my skunks. I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. DR. Meade is wonderful
We do allow pet owners in the exam room with your pet. We do have you wait in your car until you are called inside for your appointment.
