One question: Do you serve rib tips? FYI... if you did, you would appeal to a largest segment of the community, who are missing their St. Louis, Memphis, Chicago, etc. RIB TIPS! It's a smart business move. Just sayin.

Thats the same as asking if another bbq place in say Sacramento would do that it depends on the Style of the way the person learned to bbq also they are a bbq place they already appeal to a large part of the community
