Why did the manger hang up on me. My food was cold and my buttermilk tenders were stink and hard and small like chicken nuggets. So they didn't make them from scratch ok . They are very disresoectful. And

Always start with store manager, no results, franchise owner, no results, corporate. If nobody ever complains they will never know.
