Wow. I've never experienced that before with them. Have you tried ordering on their app? I've had great success using it. I've used about 4 times.
Try the app. If that does not work call for a manager. I am sure it is not intentional.
Actually they must be over busy - like someone else, I'd recoment driving and personally picking up
Telling me to come in person instead of a call-in to go order is weak. Supposed to treat customers the same. I WILL come in person tomorrow and speak with a manager.
Thia is a very busy time of day best to go in and wait to be seated insted of a to go order unless you can do it online.
Ask for a manager and he will take your order...
