I'm a little skeptic about this place. Does this place use the same knife to cut all meats, tortas, and burritos? Do cooks use the same grill to cook all meats? Is the rice made with knorr suiza or chicken broth for that matter?

No we have a set of color oriented knife for plant based and regular meats. We also have 2 separate grills one for plant based and the other regular. We don’t use those products.
