I had some bone issues on one side due to having lost teeth at an early age..they were still able to work it out. I had even been told by a diff dentist id have to get a bone graft. I know have extra screws on one side and i think a longer one..not sure which is the fix. Id do the free consult and find out.
They can perform surgery even when you have been told you dont have bone
