My 16 year old nephew will be visiting for a couple of days. Is this something he would like? And if so does he need anything special permission from his folks who will not be with him?

No you can sign for him. As long as he is 14 years of age and up he can ride the euro high speed karts with a signed waiver by you. We have changed the age limit to 14 years of age. It used to be 16 with a drivers permit and now its 14. Have fun.

The games might be fun for 12+. The rides I'd say are fun for 5+. Other than that, they covered it above me. The driving tracks are where it's at!
