Its a good place to start cheap rent I like it.

I don't really recommend jd homes as a management group to go thru but they are the cheapest unfortunately

Not they not. The worst place to live. Yes they're cheap. But have the worst.. I rented an apartment in selma the manager was lazy and didn't care to do her job. The cholos in the area vandalized your car and when you asked them to do anything they wouldn't. Plus the people there keep the apartments like a garbage station. All you saw there were sofas refrigerators and tons of garbage and the smell.. worst place to live

They are slumlords! Renting an apartment without a heater or working electrical outlets in the kitchen. Shameful, I wonder if they are affiliated with JD By Ryder, a used car dealer with some unusual practices of their own.

Customer Service is great, it is a good place to move in for the time being.

Jd homes is a property management company that has many homes available for rent all over the fresno area. Some are nice, some are not.
