Their rules say no, but from what i understand, because of the extreme heat here, no business can deny you bringing in water.
No outside food. But you can bring as much water as you want. If you need to bring your own food for specific health reason, you're only allowed to put it in 1 plastic snack bag size resealable bag. There's also picnic areas outside the park so you can eat your own food. That's what we did when I took my kids and their friends there. I ordered them each a medium pizza of their choice and I told them to just let me know when they get hungry to just ask me for the car keys so they can eat outside. It's much cheaper because the food there is just too expensive.
Bottled water. But nothing else.
