I don't have a question but I do have a comment . . . My sister is disable but she went ahead and went to her granddaughter's birthday party at your water park only because she looked up online to see if a wheel chair would be provided and it did say your establishment does have wheelchairs . Well we arrive the park check in at the window now we are told that the chairs are only for those who get hurt . We didn't bring her walker only because of what she seen online . I asked if they could make an exception only this one time and if the wheelchair should be needed she would give the chair up right away with no arguments . We got a NO answer ❗ 😔 😒 this ruin the day of a celebration for a 2 yr. old to have her grandmother to be their on this special day !
