I have no idea. Corporate office would be ones to contact perhaps
I applied for a Managers position at Walmart online at their website. I was invited to an interview seminar. It was held in a conference room at a local Hotel/Inn. There were several others being interviewed and several people from Corporate. You walked around the room going from person to person, with each of them asking you different questions. The setting was similar to a "speed dating" setting, for lack of a better comparison! However, they were obviously conducting interviews, not speed dating! They made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. When it comes to interviews, I'm a complete wreck! They decided I would be better suited for a particular location of the Walmart Grocery Stores and asked me to go to that store and speak to the Manager there. So applying online worked for me, but you can also target certain stores and go talk to a manager. Have a resume with you. The Managers can hire at store level, or at the very least, recommend you for a position. Good Luck!
