If you buy balloons they will fill them up with helium at the store. if you want to blow up your own balloons they do have some gadgets in the celebration section, but they're not helium.
It's in celebrations with the balloons ! If your lucky you'll get someone to fill up balloons if you buy them.
Thay should have the party time balloon tanks in store not sure if there fill up balloons in store
