Go to their website dmvnv.com to make an appointment so you won't have to stand in line. I saw only one line for handicapped but it was very short at 2:30p on a Friday last month.

That's a good question Sharon. I would give them a call because I doubt the DMV will read this question. Unless someone else has an answer
