I was your there last Monday I had to wait in the short lines but I just wanted to ask the lady if I can go to the kiosk to check something out on my motorcycle and they did let me just go to the kiosk and back

I'm not sure about that. Because I have never registered a vehicle. But I would imagine you can go to a DMV service provider or a kiosk and look into that instead of having to go through the whole process again.
