It all depends on whether you have had a Nevada ID. See this form. https://dmvnv.com/pdfforms/dmv013.pdf For an original Nevada ID, you can use an NDOC id card plus SS card and two proofs of residential address.
If u have a ID on file they can compare them (2 make sure it's u). They also can do a "signature" test 2 see if they match. Also bring a bill, tax papers, school or work ID, old paystub with ur social on it for further proof. They'll give u a "regular" ID until u come back with ur birth certificate, ID & social security card. Hope this helps
