The ADA check in is for obtaining disabled placards only now. Best to schedule an appointment if you do not want the long 4+ hours waiting as walk-in Monday through Friday. Saturdays are better for walk-ins because you will receive a return time ticket but you must arrive early enough to obtain a ticket before they run out of tickets. They open at 8:00am.
