I can say yes on Saturdays for sure, not sure if they accept walkins during the week. But if you don’t make an appointment, get there earlier than they open. I arrived 30 mins early on a Saturday with no appointment and there was already a line around the building. They will give you a ticket with a time to come back (mine was about 2 hours later).
