I have a 5 week old puppy that I don't want to leave alone cause he cries but I have to go to the doctor 2 times a week what can I do so he won't cry or where should I keep him inside the house so he will feel safe

I had the same issue with my pup when I first got him. Someone suggested crate training. Best thing I've ever done. He's almost 4 yrs old now and he loves using it all on his own. Even when he's in trouble and I send him to his kennel, he doesn't mind being in there. When I first started I made sure the top and sides were covered. It was like a den, a very safe place for him.
