Me my wife have a kid and go to Lambert's we usually get a plate for our kid in the pass rounds and the food off our plate we have enough food to share.

Yes. The restaurant servings are enough for two or more people share. Also there are the pass arounds that are more than ample. Great place yo eat.

The free sides that they come pass around will fill you up. Also watch out for those flying rolls they throw around. If it wasnt ill mannered id catch them in my mouth because they are so good, haha. But, one plate, (entree), could be portioned for two people in my opinion. All the food there is really good.
Almost... The dinners are pretty big size portions! And by the time you eat all the free sides they come around with, you will full by the time your plates arrive. You will be going home with to go containers!
