There actually is a dedicated parking lot behind the location. I believe it is free to patrons and/or certain times (last time I parked there I remember being told I didn't need to pay)
They have parking, but if there's anything going on at US Bank Stadium, they don't have parking.

As @Raychel said, there is a dedicated parking lot in the back. Be sure to park by signs that indicate it's for Grumpy's parking only. Otherwise if it's full, you'll have to pay for parking at a meter.
